Entry Level Programmer/Coder/Developer/Data Scientist/Analyst/Engineer

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assess candidates’ skills and project work to ensure immediate client readiness.
• Connect qualified candidates with leading technology clients.
• Provide guidance on interview preparation and skill enhancement programs.
• Support candidates through visa processes such as STEM extension, H1B, and Green Card filings.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, IT, or a related field.
• Highly motivated, self-learner, and technically inquisitive.
• Experience in Java programming with a solid understanding of the software development life cycle and hands-on project work.
• Proficiency in Core Java, JavaScript, C++, or other software programming languages.
• Experience with frameworks and tools such as Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, Jenkins, and REST APIs.
• For Data Science/Machine Learning roles: familiarity with Statistics, SAS, Python, Computer Vision, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NLP, text mining, Tableau, PowerBI, or SAS.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow and time series analysis is a plus.
