Summary:

Performs maintenance operations on the grounds of PHS-Albuquerque facilities. Under direct supervision, the Porter will perform weekly maintenance of lawn and shrub areas as well as clean up debris and empty trash cans.

Responsibilities:

• Performs weekly grounds maintenance at assigned PHS facilities.
• Performs weekly and as needed maintenance of grounds department equipment.
• Continuously improves technical knowledge and skills through participation in education programs and in-service meetings.
• Supports organizational visions, values and strategies.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Less than High school required.
• No experience required.
