At Four Seasons Nashville, our Banquet Servers play a key role in creating exceptional event experiences. In this role, you will support the seamless execution of banquet functions by delivering warm, attentive, elevated service while demonstrating strong knowledge of our food and beverage offerings.
As an integral member of the Banquets team, you will ensure that each guest enjoys thoughtful, personalized service that reflects the Four Seasons standard of excellence.
What You Will Do
Present pre-selected menu items to guests and maintain expert knowledge of each dish, including origin, taste, and preparation methods.
Accurately relay guest orders — including special requests — to the Banquet Manager or kitchen team.
Deliver food items promptly while ensuring quality, temperature, and presentation meet standards.
Set up function rooms according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), including linen, china, glassware, silver, and décor.
Anticipate guest needs, check in for satisfaction, and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
Break down, clean, and reset tables, buffets, and service stations after events.
Maintain adherence to Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
Work collaboratively and professionally with colleagues and supervisors.
Perform additional non-essential tasks including plating food, polishing service ware, assisting with inventory, and preparing garnishes.
What You Bring
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two years of food service or related experience.
Ability to balance and carry service trays.
Strong communication skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English required.
A genuine passion for hospitality and commitment to service excellence.

On Call position.
Eight‑hour shifts with varying schedules depending on business needs, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
