Position: Commercial Executive
Location: Pune
Payroll: Contractual (TeamLease)
Function: Projects / Commercial Operations
Experience: 3–6 years

Role Summary

The Commercial Executive will support project commercial activities, with a strong focus on billing, invoicing, and commercial coordination, ensuring timely and accurate financial processing for ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle project billing, invoicing, and submission to clients.
  • Coordinate on commercial documentation, work orders, amendments, and supporting papers.
  • Track billing milestones, collections, and follow up with internal teams.
  • Maintain billing MIS, trackers, and commercial records.
  • Support project teams in cost tracking and commercial compliance.
  • Coordinate with finance, projects, and clients for billing‑related matters.
  • Ensure adherence to commercial processes, GST, and statutory requirements.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • Hands‑on experience in billing and commercial operations
  • Exposure to project‑based billing
  • Strong coordination and documentation skills
  • Working knowledge of GST, invoicing, and MIS reporting

Educational Qualification

  • B.Com (Preferred)
