Office Assistant (M/K)

• Welcoming guests, providing reception services, and ensuring a professional first point of contact.
• Supporting internal customers with ongoing administrative needs.
• Coordinating incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, couriers, documents) and managing the flow of other documents.
• Organising meetings held at the company’s premises (room bookings, preparing the space and refreshments).
• Ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office — equipment, cleanliness, and the technical condition of the workspace.
• Ordering office supplies, food items, and other materials necessary for daily operations.
• Administering parking spaces for employees and visitors (management, communication, oversight).
• Liaising with external suppliers and service providers (technical services, cleaning, plant maintenance, etc.).
• Receiving and reporting faults and monitoring their resolution.
• Supporting the onboarding process (preparing equipment, access cards).
• Cooperating in the record-keeping and circulation of IT equipment.
• Assisting in the organisation of company events, team meetings, and internal initiatives.
• Updating lists, registers, and databases (equipment and administrative records).
• Preparing simple reports, summaries, documents, and presentations.
• Supporting business travel and hotel booking arrangements.
• Providing ongoing assistance to the management team and other departments in daily tasks.
• Carrying out other assigned administrative duties.

• Skills – you communicate effectively in English, you are confident in using MS Office, and you thrive in a multitasking environment.
• Motivation – you want to gain new experience, learn how to build strong relationships with internal clients, and develop yourself across various areas.
• You are interested in ecology, CSR, and sustainable development, and creating graphics and visual communication is an engaging activity for you.
• You hold a category B driving licence (an advantage).
