Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated senior Integration and Yield Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain a positive attitude in the workplace and demonstrate strong technical expertise by analyzing data, troubleshooting yield losses, and ensuring process stability within the Integration/Yield functional area and supporting WAT prober file setup, troubleshooting Test setup issue for efficiency and accurate testing.

These technicians often work in cleanroom environments, ensuring strict compliance with safety and contamination protocols. 

Responsibilities:

  • Yield Enhancement & Data Analysis: Monitoring electrical performance data and inline defectivity metrics to identify, analyze, and resolve root causes of low yield.
  • Production Support & Troubleshooting: Assisting engineers in investigating manufacturing process variability, material disposition, and resolving production holds, WAT prober file setup, troubleshooting Test setup issue for efficiency and accurate testing
  • Process Monitoring & Control: Inspecting wafers using optical or electron microscopes, ensuring manufacturing equipment operates within set parameters.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Creating detailed reports on experimental results, process deviations, and documentation to support process integration teams.
  • Experimentation Support: Running predefined tests (DoE - Design of Experiments) on the fab floor to support product qualifications and new technology introductions. 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Analysis, Production Support & Troubleshooting skills in semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Common Skills and Requirements

  • Technical Expertise: Data Analysis skill, Microscope defect inspection,
  • Data Tools: Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) software and analysis tools.
  • Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams including process, test, and quality engineering.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $31 to $43.
  • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.

  • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors 

  • This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.  

  • Benefits for the position includes 10 paid holidays per year, paid vacation starting at 136 hours per year for full-time employees (prorated for part-time employees), and paid sick time that exceeds the requirements of the Washington State Sick Leave law.
