Electrician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an Electrician, you will play a crucial role in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various commercial and residential settings throughout the city.

 

• Electrical Responsibilities:
• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, distribution panels, and fixtures.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant safety codes and regulations.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory used for electrical tasks.
• Record maintenance and repair activities as required.
• Driving Responsibilities:
• Safely operate company vehicles to transport materials, tools, and personnel to various sites.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, upkeep, and perform daily vehicle checks (oil, water, tire pressure, etc.).
• Maintain accurate logbooks for mileage and fuel usage.
• Follow all traffic and safety regulations.
• Assist with loading and unloading electrical equipment and materials.

• Diploma or ITI in Electrical required
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Electrician in a similar capacity
• Valid UAE Driving License
• Proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing various electrical systems
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
• Expert knowledge of National Electrical Code, UAE electrical regulations, and local building codes
• Demonstrated skill in troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing devices
• Familiarity with heating and air conditioning systems as they relate to electrical work
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in the electrical field
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and work schedules
