About Our Roles:

Open Roles – Think Academy Silicon Valley

1) Future Management Program: Full-Time Teacher + Business Operations Specialist (H-1B sponsorship available)

A full-time role for recent graduates and early-career professionals passionate about education and interested in growing into future leadership roles. You will teach alongside our Silicon Valley team while supporting key business functions such as operations and marketing. This role is ideal for candidates who aspire to become branch directors, department managers, or support Think Academy’s global expansion.

2) Full-Time Teacher + Project Specialist

A full-time role for recent graduates and early-career professionals who want to build strong teaching foundations while gaining experience in operational/project work. You will deliver high-quality math instruction (PreK–9) and contribute to business projects that improve student/parent experience and campus operations.

3) School Advisor & Coordinator

Support families through enrollment advising, customer service, scheduling coordination, and campus operations. This role is highly parent-facing and requires strong communication and organizational skills.

4) Summer Camp Teachers

Teach engaging, in-person classes during our summer sessions and support a positive, structured classroom environment.

5) School Marketing Outreach & Coordinator

Support local community outreach, event coordination, and campus marketing initiatives to increase awareness and drive enrollment.
