Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Store Director at our Warminster, PA location. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Store Director will oversee daily store operations, drive sales, manage budgets, and ensure an excellent shopping experience for customers. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring inventory, implementing store policies, and leading training initiatives to foster team performance and growth. The role requires fostering a customer-centric environment and solving operational challenges efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in Store Management and Commerce, including budget oversight and operational management
• Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service to ensure a positive shopping experience and meet business targets
• Proven ability to lead teams through effective Training and mentorship
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of retail trends and strategies
• Experience in a retail or supermarket management role is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is advantageous
