Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce (mandatory)
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements
• Manage product backlog and user stories
• Work closely with stakeholders and development teams
• Support Agile ceremonies and product delivery
