As a Music Educator, you will be essential in cultivating lifelong relationships between students and music. Our focus on private lessons as a foundational element of music education sets us apart, and we are eager to find skilled instructors who are dedicated to making a difference.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging music lessons tailored to students of all ages and skill levels.
• Foster positive relationships with students and their families through consistent communication and goal-setting.
• Collaborate with store teams to effectively schedule lessons and promote student retention.
• Share your musical knowledge to inspire students and support their musical journey.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in music teaching.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) in Music.
• Professional teaching certifications or memberships.
• 8+ years of teaching experience across multiple instruments including but not limited to guitar, piano, violin, and voice.
