The Opportunity
Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies specifically tailored to engage and influence healthcare professionals. Driving brand awareness, product adoption, and overall success within the healthcare industry.
What You'll do:
Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on the healthcare industry, including trends, competitors, and target audience insights to inform marketing strategies.
Strategy development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively reach and resonate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.
Content creation: Create compelling and educational content such as whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and presentations that address the unique needs and challenges of healthcare professionals.
Multi-channel marketing Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, webinars, conferences, and direct outreach, to engage healthcare professionals
Relationships building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers within the healthcare industry
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals. to gain their support and endorsement
Compliance: Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.
Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure ROI and make data-driven improvements
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources to initiatives that deliver the highest impact
Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.
Required qualifications and background:
A master's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare marketing, with a focus on HCP engagement
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulations and compliance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development
