The Opportunity
In this role, you will support and advance Hitachi Energy’s Global Partner Program within a defined territory, contributing directly to how enterprise software solutions are delivered and scaled across the power grid ecosystem. You will work at the intersection of internal teams and external partners, helping ensure that partner identification, onboarding, enablement, and ongoing engagement activities are executed effectively and consistently.
Your work will focus on building alignment and transparency across sales, services, product management, marketing, and partner organizations. By coordinating key communication milestones, monitoring program performance, and supporting continuous improvement efforts, you will help strengthen partner relationships and enable measurable business outcomes. This role plays an important part in supporting the reliability, performance, and long-term evolution of grid-related software solutions by ensuring partners are well-prepared, informed, and aligned with program goals.
You will gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a global organization, develop insight into partner-driven business models in the power industry, and help shape how partner programs support Grid Integration priorities.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Manage and support execution of the global partner program within an assigned territory, ensuring partner activities are completed on time and to a high standard
Monitor and report on partner program performance, including partner satisfaction, stakeholder satisfaction, revenue versus forecast, and communication milestones
Coordinate closely with sales, services, product management, and marketing teams to align partner initiatives with business priorities
Support partner identification, onboarding, and enablement activities to ensure alignment with defined policies and procedures
Maintain active communication with existing partners and potential new partners to build trust and ongoing alignment
Evaluate potential partners based on capabilities, market presence, and alignment with company values and mission
Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners to help address challenges and support achievement of mutually agreed objectives
Identify opportunities for program improvement using feedback and performance data, and support implementation of enhancements
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
- 10+ years of experience in partner program management, channel management, sales, commercial operations, or related roles
- Provide ability to build and maintain effective relationships, and influence and facilitate outcomes across cross-functional teams and external partners
- Experience designing, managing, and improving processes and programs, including project management activities that support partner onboarding, enablement, and ongoing engagement
- Effective communication skills, will the adaptability, initiative, and self-management needed to operate successfully in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment
- Ability to use data and performance metrics to support informed judgments, track progress and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Salary Range:
$158,700 - $198,400 - $238,100 + 15% Bonus (applicable to candidates in Colorado and Georgia)
$174,600 – $218,300 - $262,000 annually + 15% Bonus (applicable to candidates in Texas)
