Position Highlights

The Housekeeper is primarily responsible to perform a wide range of cleaning, disinfecting, and tidying duties. Performs all duties with various equipment following standard policies and procedures in order to maintain a pleasant and clean environment for patients/residents, visitors/families, and staff.

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Annual influenza vaccinations are mandatory for all employees by December 1, unless a medical waiver is signed and approved.
• Completion of the Child Abuse & Dependent Adult Abuse course for Iowa Mandatory Reporters within 30 days of employment and every 3 years thereafter.
