Job description
As a Project Coordinator Associate, you will support the execution and success of projects that drive organizational growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and under the guidance of senior managers, you will assist in managing projects, applying both agile and traditional project management methodologies, and contributing to the achievement of strategic objectives. This role offers the opportunity to develop project management skills and leadership while making a meaningful impact.
Primary Duties:
• Assist in managing strategic projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget under supervision. Track and monitor project milestones, tasks, and deliverables using project tracking tools.
• Participate in project meetings, documenting key decisions, action items, and follow-ups. Support the facilitation of team discussions, workshops, and meetings under guidance to ensure alignment and progress.
• Build and maintain dashboards on sales pipeline health, conversion rates, distributor performance and Application Engineering resources allocation. Help create and maintain project documents, including project charters, schedules, and progress reports.
• Sales Support – Design, document and maintain standardized sales processes (HG0-HG5 pipeline stages, handoffs, customer scorecards and distributor engagement).
• Take ownership of specific project aspects, providing hands-on opportunities to develop leadership abilities.
• Learn and apply project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Provide regular project updates to BUD, and leadership teams. Escalate risks and issues to senior team members. Assist with capturing lessons learned and sharing insights with BUD and relevant stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or related field
- Project support, coordination, and project management experience
- Strong organizational, time management, coordination and communication skills
- Basic understanding of project management principles
- Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools
- Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Demonstrated strategic thinking in complex topics and ability to execute on strategy
- Preferred: Basic exposure to Agile/Waterfall methodologies and change management practices.
