MIG Welder

Hours: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm

Pay: $20-$25/hr

Summary Join our fabrication team to weld, assemble, and finish metal components according to blueprints and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and occasional TIG welding in flat, vertical, horizontal, or overhead positions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements; set proper voltage/amp settings.
• Use hand tools (tape measure, square, clamps) and grinders/plasma cutters to prep, fit, and finish parts.
• Inspect welds and finished work for accuracy and defects.
• Move and store materials using cranes, hoists, and other handling equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE. Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of MIG welding/fabrication experience or vocational welding training.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, using measuring devices, and basic math.
• Able to work independently or on a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Consistent, on-time attendance.
