Position Overview

A company is looking for a Lead Game Economy Designer to join their team and work on existing and future games.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, balance, implement, and maintain in-game economies for hybrid casual games
• Lead and mentor economy designers on multiple projects
• Conduct advanced player data analysis and provide strategic recommendations for game updates and promotions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years as Lead / Senior Game Economy Designer on casual or hybrid-casual games
• Proven experience owning economies for live games
• Experience mentoring or leading other designers
• Strong mathematical or economic background with fluency in economic modeling
• Deep knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in mobile game monetization
