250M+ Views: Seeking a Shorts Video Editor.

I run a fast growing channel with 130k+ subscribers and 250M+ views. I’m looking for a long-term editing partner who understands that the best editing is often invisible. I need a Visual Storyteller, someone who knows how to select the perfect footage to move a narrative forward, rather than distracting the viewer with "retention hacks."

The Role

Focus: Pure visual storytelling. No fancy animations or distracting effects.

Tech: You should be comfortable working with and integrating AI footage.

Volume: 60 videos per month (Long-term commitment).

The Compensation

Base Pay: $1,500 / month.

Performance Bonuses: Up to $2,000 extra based on results.

Growth: I am looking to double your pay within the next 90 days if you outperform and prove you’re the right fit.
