Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Welder with 3+ years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate is skilled in MIG and stick welding, comfortable operating torches, and capable of performing basic to moderate fabrication work.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and stick welding efficiently and accurately
• Operate torches safely and effectively
• Read and interpret drawings, layouts, and measurements
• Complete fabrication and fitting tasks as needed
• Ensure weld quality meets specifications
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of welding experience
• Proficiency with torches, MIG, and stick welding
• Strong fabrication skills
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow shop drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and workmanship
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
