As a Senior Associate, you will collaborate with clients to tackle intricate financial accounting and reporting challenges that sit at the intersection of accounting, technology, and transformation. Our team fuses deep technical expertise with an understanding of data and modernization, helping organizations to operate smarter and scale effectively.

This exciting opportunity allows you to engage across diverse projects, including M&A transactions, IPO readiness, and financial reporting. You will help clients rethink and modernize their accounting and reporting processes, utilizing technology, data-driven insights, and process automation to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Research and resolve complex accounting and reporting issues using technology-enabled tools.
  • Partner with clients to understand their business processes and assess accounting impacts.
  • Analyze and validate large data sets to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Draft clear technical accounting memoranda documenting issues and conclusions.
  • Provide transaction support for acquisitions and IPOs, focusing on scalable processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings.
  • Support clients in audit readiness by improving documentation and collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement in reporting activities.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Work closely with leaders to deliver integrated accounting and transformation solutions.
  • Engage in training programs to enhance technical accounting and technology skills.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to internal initiatives and business development efforts.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in public accounting or corporate accounting.
  • Active CPA license or progress toward certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
  • Experience with acquisition accounting and transaction readiness.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with large data sets.
  • Ability to translate technical guidance into business solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Intellectual curiosity and passion for learning emerging finance trends.
  • Flexibility to work cross-functionally and build client relationships.

Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000

This position includes additional variable compensation through monthly commissions. W2 employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and paid leave options.
