Manager - Supply Chain Performance Improvement - Consulting
The healthcare industry is rapidly evolving, influenced by changing regulations and a shift towards value-based payment models. The Opportunity
As a Manager within EY's Health Supply Chain practice, you'll tackle complex problems in the dynamic healthcare landscape. We seek a motivated professional to lead client engagement teams, deliver high-quality services, and drive business development activities on strategic accounts.
Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will engage with a diverse range of not-for-profit and for-profit healthcare clients, including hospitals and healthcare systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments to redesign supply chain processes
- Optimizing financial and operational performance
- Improving technology utilization
- Managing all supply chain areas such as procurement, logistics, inventory management, operations, and strategy
- Leading value analysis initiatives in clinical supply chains

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have
- A bachelor's degree and approximately 7 years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree with approximately 5 years of experience
- 4+ years of consulting experience with a focus on supply chain and operational areas
- Strong clinical or materials management background in healthcare
- Experience in developing revenue within healthcare clients
- Proven managerial experience with professional consulting teams
- Collaboration skills, demonstrating leadership when necessary
- Ability to craft and deliver executive-level presentations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- A willingness to travel (estimated 40-60% travel) to meet client needs
Ideally, You'll Also Have
- A degree focused on business, healthcare administration, or supply chain
