Job Description:Business Development Advisor

In the position of Business Development Advisor, your main duty involves providing tailored financial recommendations and support to corporate customers concerning various banking and loan products. Your primary responsibility is to assist businesses in prospering by utilizing an array of financial options that correspond to their expansion targets and developmental milestones.

Responsibilities

  • Offers financial recommendations and support tailored to the individual client's financial objectives and requirements
  • Strengthens and fosters connections with both new and current clients through maximizing the bank's complete suite of services
  • Assesses the financial requirements of clients and utilizes expertise in lending and financial institutions to suggest different or supplementary financial products that suit the client's specific preferences
  • Engages with customers through outreach initiatives and manages the sales pipeline effectively, maintaining regular follow-up procedures to address customer requirements
  • Decisions regarding client requests are taken, and referrals are made to suitable internal partners based on the needs of the client
  • Collaborates with financial center executives, performance specialists, and market leaders to offer tailored advice and mentoring for individuals in need
  • During meetings, financial center associates collaborate to enhance the team's ability to provide clients with outstanding service

Required Qualifications

  • Shows a track record and established achievements in the field of B2B sales or small business banking.
  • Possesses excellent communication abilities to positively impact clients.
  • Demonstrates strong customer service abilities and can handle the entire client journey and resolve issues effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in sales performance.
  • Capable of forming effective collaborations and professional connections.
  • Has a background in making outbound sales calls.
