Are you passionate about cars and love working with people? Join our fast-growing automotive dealership as a Business Development Representative (BDR) — also known as a Customer Care Representative or BDC Representative — and become a key player in our Internet Sales Department.

We’re looking for high-energy, motivated individuals to handle inbound and outbound phone calls, follow up with online leads, and provide exceptional customer service. If you have experience in customer service, sales, call centers, or BDC, this is your chance to grow with an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities

● Respond to internet leads, emails, and inbound calls in a timely and professional manner

● Make outbound follow-up calls to customers interested in purchasing a vehicle

● Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership

● Maintain detailed records in CRM and follow up with leads who have not yet purchased

● Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from online to in-store

● Deliver top-tier customer service throughout the entire sales process

● Meet and exceed individual performance goals and KPIs

Qualifications

● Previous experience in BDC, Internet Sales, Customer Service, or Call Center preferred

● Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

● Ability to handle high call and email volumes

● Basic computer and CRM knowledge (we’ll train you!)

● Self-motivated and goal-oriented

● High school diploma or equivalent; some college a plus

● Bilingual is a plus!
