職務概要

Micron Fab15 プロセスインテグレーションテクニシャンの日常業務として、データ解析やまとめ等を行い、最終的にはyieldと製品の品質改善に貢献します。

職務内容詳細

歩留まり改善を行うだけでなく、Repair Density消費の最適化を含めたデバイス性能の最適化を行う。
特にデバイスプロセス条件に注目し、HVM DRAM プロセス条件を適切に検討する。
他のPI moduleチームおよび、各エリアチームと連携し、さらにPE/GQ/Design
/TDデバイスチームと議論しながら、HVMデバイスプロセス条件のバランスを取った意思決定を行う。
他サイトのOMT,ID1,TDチームとも連携する。

職務責任

PI（プロセスインテグレーション）のTechnician（テクニシャン）としてEngineerのサポート業務を遂行する。

データまとめ、データ取得、データ抽出など。

また、どのように日常の業務の効率を改善できるかも考える。

必須資格

・高校卒業以上
・電気電子工学の知識、半導体の基礎知識。
・ Microsoft office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlookなど）基本的なソフトウエアを使用できる。
・日本語でのコミュニケーション must have Japanese language skills

さらにあると良い資格

半導体プロセスエンジニアリング、プロセスインテグレーション、または歩留まり改善の経験

血管解析、メトロロジー解析、SPC、または、体系的問題解決手法の理解・経験。

Job summary

As a Process Integration Engineer at Micron Fab15, you will help ensure process stability and drive yield/quality improvements by leveraging standard procedures, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You will support early detection, root-cause isolation, and corrective/preventive actions for process deviations in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Job role more in detail,

Optimizing Device performance to improve not only yield but also repair density consumption.
Need to think about appropriately HVM DRAM process condition especially focusing on Device process condition.
Need to collaborate with other PI module teams and Each Area teams and also discuss with PE/GQ/ Design and TD device teams to take balance for deciding HVM device process condition
Need to collaborate with other site OMT, ID1 and TD.

Job responsibilities

As PI technician, Job responsibilities are below,

Data analysis and summary of daily tasks.

Support Engineers’ task, data summary and data collection and extraction proactively.

Consider and support how to improve daily working efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge of Electric and Electronic Engineering, Basic Semiconductor knowledgement.
Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Japanese Communication Skill

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in semiconductor process engineering/process integration/yield improvement.

Exposure to defect/metrology analysis, SPC,or structured problem solving.
