We are seeking a QA Lead with strong problem‑solving capabilities and deep experience in web/mobile application testing and automation to drive quality excellence across this mission‑critical platform.

As a Digital Technology Professional - Quality Assurance Engineering, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading end‑to‑end test activities to ensure high product quality, including defining project timelines and mentoring QA engineers.
  • Driving test scope definition, test planning, effort estimation, and identification of quality metrics.
  • Managing test execution, review test results, and provide recommendations for product and design improvements.
  • Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, standards, and risk‑based test coverage.
  • Designing and execute automation strategies across Web, API, and Mobile platforms, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Evaluating and adopt modern automation tools and technologies, including AI‑assisted test generation and validation.
  • Architecting and maintain reusable automation frameworks, driving automation coverage, efficiency, and reduction of manual effort.
  • Leading defect triage, prioritization, and release readiness decisions in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
  • Partnering with engineering, product, and architecture teams to recommend and implement best‑in‑class testing practices.
  • Implementing AI‑driven testing strategies, including MCP, Copilot, and RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation), across automation and manual testing to ensure robustness and reliability

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum 6+ years of experience in software testing, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
  • Have a strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical topics.
  • Have an excellent communication skills, with the confidence to interface effectively with senior leadership.
  • Have a proven experience defining and implementing manual and automation testing strategies and guiding QA teams.
  • Have Hands‑on experience leveraging AI for intelligent test case generation, defect detection, and automation.
  • Have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, testing standards, and automation frameworks such as Modular, Data‑Driven, and Keyword‑Driven.
  • Have an experience designing and scaling automation frameworks across UI, functional, API, and Mobile testing.
  • Have a hands‑on expertise with Playwright (UI & API automation using TypeScript or similar languages) and Appium or other mobile automation tools.
  • Have an experience in Java, Selenium
  • Have an experience with defect management tools such as Rally (or equivalent) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Have an excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and quality‑driven mindset.
