Site Engineer ( UAE National )

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UAE National fresh graduate to join our team as a Site Engineer. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in construction and infrastructure projects. The selected candidate will support site operations, ensure compliance with project specifications, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day site supervision and monitor ongoing construction activities.
• Ensure work execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain workflow.
• Support in site inspections, quality checks, and reporting non-conformances.
• Track material deliveries, usage, and site logistics.
• Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and progress updates.
• Assist in ensuring health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance on site.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates to senior engineers.

• UAE National (Mandatory) with a valid Family Book.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of internship/training experience.
• Basic understanding of construction processes and site practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
