About the Role

We are a global leader in the supply chain execution market, focused on accelerating the transformation of digital supply chain for industrial and finished goods shippers and carriers by combining best-in-class solutions for challenges tied to yard management, shipment visibility, and asset management, across rail, truck, and multi-mode transportation.
Kaleris is seeking a motivated and creative Intern/Apprentice/Student Assistant to support both internal and external communications efforts. This role is ideal for a student interested in developing hands-on experience in B2B marketing, content creation, and corporate communications within a fast-paced technology environment.
You’ll work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content, support communication initiatives, and help tell the Kaleris story across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Internal Communications
- Assist in drafting and editing internal communications (newsletters, announcements)
- Support initiatives that drive employee engagement and awareness
- Help maintain consistency in messaging across internal platforms
- External Communications
- Support development of external messaging (blog posts, press support)
- Assist in maintaining brand voice and consistency across channels
- Conduct light research on industry trends and competitors
- Content Creation
- Create and schedule social media content (primarily LinkedIn)
- Draft and edit customer case studies and success stories
- Support development of marketing collateral (presentations, one-pagers, email campaigns)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content inputs
Requirements
- Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field of study.
- Highly motivated individual, who accepts challenges, continually innovates, and learns
- Good in analytical and logical reasoning
- Strong written communication skills, ability to plan work, and report progress against plan
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
