Job description
Collect, process, and analyze project execution planning data to determine total project duration, key activities, and critical path.
Gather performance and cost data, monitor and analyze results, and report findings to stakeholders.
Identify and monitor changes or potential deviations from the initial project scope, estimating associated costs and impacts on the project schedule.
Communicate conclusions and recommendations to the project manager and client regarding project adjustments.
Update and report cost and planning data in the Company’s accounting and management systems to align with performance objectives.
Participate in project change control management and critical path analysis to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project execution.• Introduced to the expenditure process and begins reviews of expenditures for coding accuracy.
• Begins the commitment log for purchase orders and subcontracts.
• Assists in performance measurement and reporting.
• Assists in preparation of monthly reports and in execution of the change control process.
