Job Description:

 

Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end management of employee relations cases including grievances, misconduct, performance disputes, policy violations, and workplace conflicts. • Conduct impartial investigations, including fact-finding interviews, documentation review, and recommendation of outcomes. • Advise HRBPs and business leaders on disciplinary actions, terminations, performance improvement actions, and risk mitigation. • Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, company policies, and global firm standards. • Maintain ER governance frameworks including case documentation, reporting dashboards, and audit readiness. • Identify ER trends and proactively recommend interventions to reduce workplace risk and improve engagement. • Partner with Legal and Risk teams on complex or high-impact cases. • Develop and deliver ER-related training for managers (conduct, POSH, workplace ethics, documentation standards). • Support organizational changes (restructuring, role eliminations, workforce transitions) from an ER risk perspective. • Uphold confidentiality, fairness, and consistency in all employee interactions and decisions. Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree mandatory. MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred. • Minimum 5 years of experience in Employee Relations, preferably within Big 4 / professional services / GCC environments. • Strong working knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance frameworks. • Demonstrated experience handling sensitive investigations and complex ER cases independently. High integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality. • High emotional intelligence with strong conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills. • Strong documentation, analytical, and decision-making capability. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, global organization. • Ability to travel for work
