Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
- Manage and schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front office role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as phones, printers, and computers.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
