Engineering / Design Manager - Heavy Industrial (Johor)

• Lead all technical reviews; ensure designs are correct, economical, and buildable
• Technical due diligence before tender and award
• Oversight of design submissions and approvals
• Management of engineering risks and change impacts

• At least 8 years of multi-disciplinary engineering experience (M\&E, C\&S, architectural coordination)
• At least 4 years in design management or engineering leadership roles
• Deep technical knowledge and ability to challenge consultants’ design assumptions
• Familiar with Malaysian authority requirements
