We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the Wartburg, TN area to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients’ homes in accordance with a physician established care plan.

This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. The current scheduling needs for this position will be established between the HHA/CNA, patient, and case manager.

Shifts: 30 hour a week. Day shift with flexible hours. Perfect for someone looking to pick up some PRN hours.
