AI / ML Engineer

BCforward is seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI / ML Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Position: AI / ML Engineer

Work Arrangement: ONSITE

Work Location: Plano, Texas

Duration: 6+ months (Possible Extension).

Job description

• Minimum 5 years as an individual contributor in ML engineering
• Proven experience working with teams of ML engineers or scientists
• Hands-on experience with agent-based workflows, MCP, RAG and context engineering.
• Hands-on knowledge of Chain-of-Thoughts, Tree-of-Thoughts, and Graph-of-Thoughts prompting strategies
• Experience with MLOps practices and cloud platforms (primarily GCP although Azure and AWS would be desirable)
• Ability to write clear and concise OKRs and align with business expectations
• Experience with GitHub
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle, agile methodologies, and data engineering
• Education Required: B.Tech

Must-Have Skills: Data Science – AI/ML, Agentic AI

Nice-to-Have Skills: Python, Terraform, GCP
