Your Impact
In this role, you will partner with clients to enhance healthcare value through innovative solutions focused on improving the effectiveness, affordability, and inclusivity of healthcare worldwide. You will lead and advise on evidence-based practices while representing the Clinical and Risk Excellence (CARE) team at public forums, including conferences and expert panels. Collaborate with senior colleagues to create analytical articles for peer-reviewed publications.
You will play a critical role in teams of 3-5 consultants, actively engaging in data collection, information analysis, and developing actionable recommendations. You will communicate findings to client management and help implement solutions in partnership with their teams. Qualifications
- Must hold a Clinician degree (e.g., MD/DO/RN) with relevant clinical experience.
- Specialization in nephrology, women's health, or oncology is preferred.
- Prior clinical practice experience, including residency, is required.
- Familiarity with population health metrics and healthcare outcomes is beneficial.
- Ability to influence senior clinical business leaders (e.g., CMOs).
- Demonstrated effective resource management with a history of responsible stewardship.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% and flexibility for meetings outside of standard hours.
