Our AI-powered task mining observes employee actions across the desktop and categorizes them into detailed process maps. Mimica’s process intelligence highlights inefficiencies, prioritizes improvements based on ROI, recommends the optimal technology for automation (RPA, intelligent document processing, GenAI), and provides a blueprint for building new automations and transforming work.

YOUR MISSION

We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager to build and own Mimica’s enterprise pipeline engine.

This is not a pure execution role. You’ll act as a strategic driver of pipeline creation, designing how we go from an outbound-heavy motion to a balanced, scalable inbound + marketing-sourced engine.

You’ll define how enterprise buyers discover Mimica, test and refine messaging in-market, and ensure campaigns translate into real revenue impact - not just leads.

PART OF YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

  • Build and scale a digital-first demand engine that drives qualified enterprise pipeline, with clear ownership of results.
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (paid, email, SEO, social) aligned to target segments and markets.
  • Balance broad digital acquisition with targeted, account-focused initiatives to reach enterprise buyers effectively.
  • Continuously test and refine messaging in-market, using performance data and sales insights to improve outcomes.
  • Ensure strong alignment with sales to maximize pipeline conversion, quality, and follow-through.
  • Own and optimize funnel performance, including pipeline generation, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
  • Drive promotion and distribution of key initiatives (e.g., webinars, content, campaigns) to maximize pipeline impact.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Proven experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS demand generation with direct pipeline ownership.
  • Strong track record of building digital-first campaigns that generate qualified pipeline.
  • Ability to translate market feedback into messaging and campaign improvements.
  • Comfortable operating across both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Strong understanding of paid channels (LinkedIn, Google), SEO, email, and conversion optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in attribution, experimentation, and funnel optimization.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where you are building the engine, not just running it.
