Company Overview:
Digible is a privately owned and operated digital marketing company founded in 2017 with a mission to bring cutting-edge solutions to the multifamily industry. We offer a full suite of digital services, alongside Fiona, our predictive analytics platform—the first of its kind.
At Digible, we take pride in our collaborative, transparent, and authentic culture. Since 2021, we’ve been recognized as a Top Workplace in Colorado and secured the #8 spot in the Best Places to Work Multifamily rankings. From our hiring process to our All Hands meetings and Town Halls, our values are at the core of everything we do.
We believe diversity fuels innovation, and we strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone can bring their authentic selves to work. If you're ready to do the best work of your career, we’d love to have you on the team!
Digible Core Values:
- Authenticity - The commitment to be steadfast and genuine with our actions and communication toward everyone we touch.
- Curiosity - The belief that a deep and fundamental curiosity (the "why") in our work is vital to company innovation and evolution.
- Focus - The collective will to remain completely devoted and ultimately accountable to our deliverables.
- Humility - The recognition and daily practice that "we" is always greater than "I".
- Happiness - The decision to prioritize passion and love for what we do above everything else.
The Role:
Digible, Inc. is looking for a Program Manager, Integrated Service Strategy to join our team!
The Program Manager, Integrated Service Strategy, will support the development and execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives that improve how Digible’s services work together across channels. This role is designed for a senior-level individual contributor who can operate independently, bring structure to complex work, and help turn strategic direction into coordinated action across teams.
Working closely with the Director of Strategy, this person will help move integrated service initiatives from idea to execution by coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, supporting test plans, identifying gaps, and driving follow-through across departments. This role requires someone who is both strategic and highly operational, someone who can contribute thoughtful recommendations while also owning the day-to-day execution needed to keep cross-functional work moving. Success in this role means helping Digible bring more clarity, consistency, and accountability to service development, channel integration, testing, and strategic initiatives that span multiple teams.
You’ll love this job if you:
- Enjoy being the person who brings structure, momentum, and follow-through to complex cross-functional work
- Like operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, where you are helping shape ideas and making sure they actually happen
- Are energized by working across departments and building alignment between teams with different priorities and perspectives
- Prefer a role where no two projects look exactly the same, but your job is to bring order, clarity, and action to all of them
- Like thinking strategically, but are equally comfortable scheduling meetings, driving project plans, coordinating stakeholders, and closing loops
- Want to help improve how an agency evaluates new opportunities, launches tests, and builds more integrated ways of working
What you’ll do:
- Partner closely with the Director of Strategy to support and execute cross-functional strategic initiatives tied to integrated services, channel coordination, testing, and internal process improvement
- Turn strategic priorities and ideas into actionable project plans by defining next steps, coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring follow-through
- Lead the day-to-day management of cross-department efforts, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, documenting decisions, following up on action items, and keeping work moving across teams
- Help identify which departments, functions, and stakeholders should be involved in a given initiative, and bring the right people together at the right stages of the work
- Support the development of Digible’s integrated service strategy by translating market trends, platform changes, performance insights, and internal business needs into clear recommendations and execution plans
- Contribute to the evaluation of new service opportunities, channel expansion ideas, vendors, platforms, and strategic initiatives by helping organize inputs, assess feasibility, and support rollout planning
- Build and coordinate structured test plans for new platforms, service models, measurement approaches, and tech-enabled opportunities, including hypotheses, success metrics, timelines, and recommendations
- Work across teams to support the execution of pilots, tests, and strategic initiatives, helping ensure owners are aligned, deliverables are clear, and dependencies are managed
- Analyze performance trends, funnel signals, and test results in partnership with relevant teams, then help translate findings into actionable next steps and recommendations
- Package complex work into clear documents, updates, frameworks, and narratives that support internal alignment and, where needed, client-facing conversations
- Identify recurring friction points, process gaps, and knowledge gaps across departments, then help create documentation, guidance, and training materials that improve execution over time
- Independently manage multiple cross-functional projects at once, balancing strategic context with strong operational discipline
How success will be measured:
- Cross-functional initiatives are clearly organized, well-coordinated, and move forward efficiently
- Strategic priorities are translated into actionable plans with clear ownership, timelines, and follow-through
- Tests, pilots, and service initiatives are executed in a structured way and generate clear learnings and recommendations
- The right stakeholders are involved at the right times, reducing confusion, siloed work, and execution gaps
- Teams have stronger visibility into decisions, action items, and next steps across shared initiatives
- Recommendations and project materials are clear, practical, and useful for internal alignment and execution
What you should have:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, media strategy, growth marketing, agency strategy, program management, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects, programs, or strategic initiatives across multiple stakeholders
- Strong ability to take loosely defined ideas or priorities and turn them into organized plans, coordinated execution, and clear next steps
- Experience working across multiple marketing functions, with a solid understanding of how channels like paid media, organic, content, social, and lifecycle marketing connect
- Ability to contribute strategically while also owning detailed execution, project coordination, and operational follow-through
- Experience supporting or running structured tests, pilots, or rollout plans, including timelines, success metrics, and stakeholder coordination
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and keep teams aligned
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and keep stakeholders informed and focused
- Comfort working in a scaling environment where process maturity is still being built and roles may require flexibility
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and know when to escalate, align, or push work forward
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
This role is open to candidates located within the United States.
