[LONG BIÊN - HÀ NỘI] EXPORT-IMPORT SPECIALIST

Export-Import:

• Handle export-import procedures: contracts, documents, customs clearance, and transportation.

• Monitor orders, coordinate with the factory and related parties to ensure timely delivery.

• Manage export-import documents, verify accuracy and compliance.

• Work with shipping lines and forwarders to optimize transportation costs and ensure delivery schedules.

• Track payments, manage international payment methods (L/C, T/T, etc.).

International Sales:

• Search for and develop new customers in export markets.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients and expand orders.

• Consult, negotiate, and finalize pricing and contract terms with customers.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to propose effective sales strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, International Trade, Import-Export, or related fields.

• At least 1-2 years of experience in export-import, preferably with international sales experience.

• Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) for international communication.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills, customer service mindset.

• Proficient in office software, especially Excel.

• Proactive, able to work under pressure, and highly responsible.

• Base salary: 500$ - 800$ + sales commission based on business performance.
