Job Title: Analyst - Privacy Operations
Location: Pune, India (Hybrid / Global Support Role)

Role Overview
The Privacy Operations Analyst will support execution of day‑to‑day privacy operations. This role is hands‑on and operational, contributing to privacy assessments, third‑party risk reviews, documentation, and stakeholder coordination activities that support Cencora’s global privacy program.
Key Responsibilities
Support the in executing core privacy operations and governance activities.
Develop and maintain an operational understanding of global privacy regulations, including GDPR, DPDPA, CCPA, and other applicable laws.
Conduct tool‑based privacy assessments, including Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and building Record of Processing Activity (RoPA)
Support documentation of privacy risks and tracking of remediation actions under guidance from senior team members.
Support third‑party privacy risk assessments for vendors and service providers.
Assist in responding to internal privacy queries, regulatory requests, and audit‑related information needs.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in privacy operations, data protection roles.
Working knowledge of privacy laws and regulations, including GDPR, DPDPA.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for tracking, reporting, and presentations.
Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to work in a global, cross‑functional environment.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.

Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE / BTech) or Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
Privacy certifications (e.g., CIPP/E) are preferred
This role provides an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in privacy operations while supporting a global privacy program and working closely with experienced privacy professionals.
