Customer Segment Proposition Specialist Why Join Imagine being part of a team that shapes the future of banking by understanding the needs of our customers. As a Customer Segment Proposition Specialist at OCBC, you'll play a key role in developing innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You'll have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer-centric propositions that drive business growth. How you succeed To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences. You'll work closely with stakeholders to gather insights, identify opportunities, and develop targeted propositions that meet the needs of specific customer segments. You'll need to be able to balance business objectives with customer needs, and collaborate with teams to bring propositions to life. What you do - Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends - Develop customer segment propositions that meet business objectives and customer needs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver propositions - Work with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on propositions - Analyse data to measure the effectiveness of propositions and identify areas for improvement Who you are - A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - At least 3 years of experience in marketing, product development, or a related field - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions - Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences Who we are As Singapore's longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932.
