This role is part of Alcon's Engineering function, a team focused on improving quality, processes, products, packaging and materials across our business to help deliver brilliant outcomes.
The Associate I, Field Service Operations (Professional Path) is primarily responsible for managing service contract documentation, installations, maintenance, inventory, invoicing, and returns, while making key project decisions. Specifics include:
• Handle complex tasks and contribute to advanced project development using your expertise and problem-solving skills
• Manage service contract documentation, new and demo installations, service case management, preventive maintenance, and retro-fit activities
• Oversee spare part and inventory management, invoicing, and returns
• Make significant decisions within your project area to influence outcomes
• Ensure enhanced attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and reliability to support efficient operations and team performance
• Adhere to GxP regulations by following SOPs, maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring quality control, and completing required training
• Commit to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance, meeting individual job requirements and contributing to organizational compliance
