Position Summary

We are a fast-paced, growing metal fabrication company seeking a skilled Welder & Custom Fabricator to join our team. This role involves working with various metals and performing precise welding and fabrication tasks to create custom products and components. Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, and specifications.
• Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metals including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Accurately measure and assemble metal components using shop tools and equipment.
• Inspect and verify quality of work to meet project and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to solve fabrication challenges and improve processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in welding and custom fabrication.
• Strong understanding of different welding techniques.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials and stand for long periods.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
