As a Lead Logistics Specialist you are responsible for the overall logistics activity Warehouse, Handling and storage ensuring flawless execution and HSE policy. You will deliver logistics site operations and KPIs and work in tight contact with Manufacturing Site team, Procurement, Fulfillment, Material Management, Project Management, Logistic Provider. Also you will be accountable for costs and productivity, will develop initiatives to produce opportunity for continuous improvement and costs optimization.

As a Lead Logistics Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Driving the Warehouse logistics operations inside Massa Manufacturing Site and ensuring logistic operations and performance according at internal Work Instruction and Logistics supplier’s Scope of work
- Leading and improve all process from truck arrival to the delivery to manufacturing cells
- Ensuring Warehouse HSE and Quality targets, leading regular inspections
- Managing and control Warehouse Logistic Provider ensuring high standard performance and meet costs targets
- Working closely with Logistics Centers & Site leaders to identify opportunity for productivity
- KPI definition, analysis of the impact of logistics activities on performances, development of new strategies and suggestion on new product lines
- Proposing initiatives for cost savings and areas optimization
To be successful in this role it’s recommended to have:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED) with at least 4 years of experience in Logistics
- At least 3 additional years of experience in Logistics
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to influence others and lead small teams
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
- Effective problem identification and solution skills
- Proven analytical and organizational ability
