Informa TechTarget Studio is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Strategist to design and lead impactful content marketing strategies for some of the world’s most prominent B2B brands. These brands span industries such as financial services, healthcare, technology, and lifestyle, offering a diverse and exciting portfolio to work with.

This position is based in either our Washington, DC, or New York City office and is ideal for a forward-thinking professional with deep expertise in the dynamic 2026 content marketing landscape. You will be at the forefront of shaping strategies that leverage emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices. As a Senior Strategist, you will lead complex client engagements, provide consultative guidance, deliver actionable solutions, and apply advanced B2B marketing knowledge to create innovative and results-driven content strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead bold, innovative content marketing strategies tailored to client objectives and industry dynamics.
  • Provide expert consultative guidance to clients, delivering actionable solutions that drive measurable success.
  • Manage complex engagements, ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Apply advanced B2B marketing expertise to shape brand and demand strategies that deliver tangible ROI.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously evolve and enhance content marketing strategies.

Strategy Ownership

  • Lead the development and execution of content strategies for enterprise B2B and B2C clients.
  • Design innovative, data-driven content strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and client briefings, creating clear and impactful supporting materials.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively managing expectations and solving challenges.
  • Support proposal development and conduct research for new business opportunities, contributing strategic insights to pitch teams.

Thought Leadership & Best Practices

  • Contribute to internal points of view, research, and insights to strengthen Studio positioning and the strategy value proposition.
  • Develop presentations, internal strategy resources, and best practice frameworks to drive excellence.
  • Actively share knowledge and insights to enhance team capabilities and client deliverables.

Problem Solving & Initiative

  • Independently address project-level challenges, adapting approaches as needed and escalating major issues appropriately.
  • Navigate complex projects with resilience and adaptability, ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate as a thought partner with client strategy teams, co-developing innovative approaches and sharing actionable insights.
  • Manage personal workload effectively, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of assigned projects.

Experience & Skills

  • Over 5 years of experience in content marketing and strategy, with a proven ability to independently deliver impactful projects.
  • Strong commercial acumen, skilled at translating insights into actionable and creative content strategies.
  • Preferred experience in B2B technology, enterprise IT, healthcare, finance, or related industries.
  • Expertise in identifying insights and crafting compelling, industry-relevant narratives.
  • Proficient in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including market research, audience analytics, SEO audits, and competitor analysis.
  • Confident in using collaboration tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Office Suite, Keynote/PPT, and workflow tools.

The salary range for this role is $90,000- $100,000 based on experience.
