In this role, you will be the strategic architect behind our North American revenue growth, directly influencing how the construction industry adopts digital transformation. You will have the unique opportunity to own the full funnel strategy, from high-level segmentation to campaign execution, ensuring our cutting-edge AECO solutions reach the hands of those building the world’s infrastructure.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Spearhead revenue-driven marketing strategies that align directly with North America AECO business goals.
  • Design and launch high-impact outbound campaigns tailored to specific stages of the customer journey.
  • Harness advanced analytics to measure campaign performance and optimize the sales funnel for maximum impact.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with sales teams to ensure a seamless feedback loop and lead conversion.
  • Identify and dominate high-value customer segments to unlock new revenue potential in the construction sector.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven expertise in strategic marketing planning with a clear track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing decisions.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, specifically in aligning marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
  • Deep experience in customer segmentation and targeting high-value accounts within a B2B environment.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience within the AECO or construction technology industry.
  • Familiarity with advanced marketing automation and CRM tools.

Compensation:  Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
