We are now looking for a Data Engineer to join our team in Ostrava, Czechia.

About the role

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our Data & Analytics team and help design, build, and maintain scalable data solutions.

This role combines hands-on data engineering with an opportunity to contribute to data architecture and solution design, supporting advanced analytics and business intelligence across the organization.

Your responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines and data models
• Transform and prepare data for analytics and reporting
• Collaborate with business stakeholders on data solutions
• Support automation of data workflows and reporting
• Contribute to data architecture and solution design
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation

What we expect from you

• Experience with SQL and Python
• Background in data engineering, analytics, or similar
• Understanding of data modeling and ETL/ELT processes
• Interest or experience in data architecture / solution design (an advantage)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• English at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with DBT, Power BI, or cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Knowledge of data warehousing or lakehouse concepts
