Join the TransPerfect Health Family as a full-time PTA supporting Holbrook Woodstock and Holbrook Acworth. This is a weekday position and requires a weekly minimum of 30 plus hours.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the treatment of residents with noted disorders or deficits within Physical Therapy scope of practice upon receiving physician order and completion of evaluation
- Optimize the functionality and skills of patients
- Completes all necessary documentation via Net Health
- Collaborate with supervising PT developing programs appropriate to the needs of facility residents while fulfilling PTA/PT co-signature and supervision requirements
- Attend all required meetings including care planning, staff meetings, family meetings, etc.
- Assist the facility in meeting the standards necessary to obtain state and federal certification while following OBRA Resident Right Guidelines
- Follow facility infection control policies and procedures
- Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
Qualifications
- Current or eligible Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice
