Job description

Gaming Event Initiatives

Helps to execute Red Bull’s gaming and esports initiatives to become No:1 brand in gaming & esports.

Executes events varying from Red Bull Titled to 3rd party tournaments and sets-up local to national, digital to offline event activation plan.

Service and support external partners and tournament organizers to ensure brand quality standards are maintained and professional execution is achieved.

Ensure strong Red Bull branding and/or verbal acknowledgment is achieved across all media platforms.

Work closely with Red Bull Turkey’s Regional Field Marketing Team on supporting the implementation of Regional “small fire” gaming initiatives in relevant PC and PS cafes.

Communication

Delivers gaming knowledge and expertise to all relevant cross functions to keep creating unique and industry leading content, communication, and activation all year long.

Builds up and create always-on and sustainable livestream content agenda for Red Bull’s Twitch channel and working closely with Programming Team to ensure sustainable Twitch Livestream Program.

Bring up original content ideas with Gaming Content Team for Red Bull's own Youtube Gaming Channel.

Red Bull Players

Creates social and communication plan for Red Bull Players; pro-players Red Bull Teams and Red Bull streamers. Build ups their audience for their own and Red Bull’s owned channels with original concepts.

Creates original and inspirational content with Red Bull Players to help Red Bull's premium brand image in Player's respective tournaments.

Stay in regular contact with Red Bull players and gather their project ideas. Execute relevant player projects in a way that aligns with Red Bull’s objectives, reflects Red Bull’s premium positioning, and capture audience interest.

Network Management

Improves Red Bull’s gaming opinion leader program and create sustainable relations with relevant streamers/influencers within the gaming ecosystem.

Develop ideas to best showcase Red Bull’s branding across leagues that we have partnership with, and support the respective gaming manager in organizing and executing these partnerships

Work experience in gaming and esports industry; publisher, agency, institution, gaming teams' marketing and communication departments

Has 360-degree marketing approach and expertise on event, digital and influencer marketing

EDV (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)

Ability to manage budget.

High interest for playing video games and consuming gaming content

Team player and excellent communicator / connector

Creative, innovative and collaborating on concepts from ideation to execution.

Escellent verbal and written communication in English

Self-conscious, sporty, motivated, capable of working in a team, friendly, loyal, communicative, social, stress-resistant.

Native in Turkish, Fluent in English
