Job description
Assist the Site Lead to manage day-to-day performance of contract operations and services. Advise in the development, interpretation, and implementation of policies and procedures for the organization, and ensure compliance with established safety, quality, and operational expectations. Provide systems expertise and guidance to develop, implement, and support technical solutions in support of contract operations.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Oversee and perform functions with respect to cost, schedule, and technical performance of the Site’s operations
- Professionally interface with government officials, and work to resolve diverse operational issues and problems
- Implement company and government policies and procedures
- Provide direction and leadership to assigned personnel, including training, coordinating workloads; establish and adjust priorities and schedules, and monitor and evaluate staff performance
- Provide technical oversight to system upgrades and configuration changes
- Oversee and coordinate research and investigations as it relates to customer repair issues; provide guidance, technical support, and assistance relative to operational support and projects
- Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma with a minimum 4 years of relevant technical training, certification, work experience, and leadership opportunities
- Must possess DoD 8570 IAT Level II eligibility; must have active CompTIA Sec+ or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
- Must have an active Top-Secret/SCI US Government clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
- Demonstrated expertise in RPA IT mission and operations analysis, with a focus on requirements definition, life-cycle management, and maintenance management support
- Able to integrate methods for continuous improvement and quality assurance through the lifecycle of sustainment strategies and solution development.
- Excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of success in a 24/7 team environment, interacting with all levels of program leadership, customers, and other agencies
- Must possess and maintain a valid state issued driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrable understanding of configuration management and cyber security as it pertains to the management of C4ISR networks, systems, servers, storage, and applications across multiple classification domains
- Expertise in virtualization, with an emphasis on virtualization technologies as they are deployed with the DoD enterprise architecture; able to design, implement, and manage virtualized environments, and to provide guidance and support to other IT professionals in the use of virtualized technologies.
- Experience with VoIP, multicast video, active directory, and routing and switching within enterprise WAN environments
- Familiarity with USAF and DoD C&A policies and directives
- Proven track record of self-direction and meeting project goals
- Proficiency in using the MS Office suite to generate reports, track matrices, and create briefs
Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:
Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, kneeling, standing, and walking, routinely sitting and constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, and must be able to work under deadlines.

Compensation Details:
$100,000 - $110,000
