Job Summary
Where You’ll Make a Difference
Conduct GMP audits across production and warehouse areas, ensuring timely reporting, action tracking, and closure of audit findings.
Support and actively participate in customer, FSSC 22000, NSF, RSPO, Halal, Kosher, and other third-party audits, including follow-up on non‑conformities.
Maintain and continuously improve HACCP studies, quality procedures, GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Oversee food safety, GMP, induction, and annual refresher training programs, including evaluation and documentation.
Monitor production compliance with local and corporate Quality Assurance and Food Safety standards, systems, and procedures.
Manage QA documentation systems, ensuring accuracy, version control, and audit readiness at all times.
Ensure effective pest control programs, equipment calibration follow-up, and validation activities in cooperation with production teams.
Drive quality improvement initiatives and corrective/preventive actions using structured root cause analysis and SAP notification systems.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Strong hands-on experience with GMP, food safety systems, and quality assurance in a production environment.
In-depth knowledge of HACCP principles and third-party certification standards (FSSC 22000, NSF, customer audits).
Proven capability in managing audit programs, internal audits, and compliance documentation.
Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing CAPA and Management of Change (MOC) processes.
Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with production, QC, planning, and external partners.
Highly organized with strong documentation, reporting, and risk assessment capabilities.
Experience supporting validation activities, including equipment, systems, and cleaning validation processes.

Strong facilitation and training skills with the ability to raise shop-floor awareness of quality and food safety standards.
