About you:

Your Mission, Your task is to turn service strategies into seamless operational reality. You are the architect of our process landscape, ensuring that high-level designs are translated into consistent, logical, and user-friendly documentation. You act as a vital sparring partner to our Service Process Experts, refining the "How" and building the global framework that allows our local units to excel.

Your role

• Signavio Architecture: You take full ownership of the service-related process landscape in Signavio, ensuring a professional, scalable, and logical structure.

• Process Sparring: You act as a critical counterpart to our Service Process Experts, challenging and refining the "How" to ensure workflows are consistent and ready for execution.

• Tailored "How-To" Documentation: Based on existing, rather generic documentation, you add the business-specific layer. You identify and document the specific, relevant steps for the daily doing in Salesforce CRM, SAP ERP and other tools.

• Training Responsibility & Governance: You ensure that business-specific processes are trained effectively. While you may not conduct every training session yourself, you are responsible for the content quality and for ensuring that all documentation is centrally stored and easily findable for the teams.

• Global Framework & Local Flexibility: You develop and roll out global standards that align with our strategic initiatives while defining the necessary flexibility for local units.

Your profile

• Pragmatic Practitioner: You are not a theorist. You stay close to the business and the execution, understanding the reality of daily operations. You prefer a working solution over a perfect but impractical process.

• Analytical Architect: You have a passion for structure and a high degree of logical consistency. You can break down complex business requirements into clear, step-by-step documentation.

• Business Tool Affinity: You have a solid understanding of how business processes are mapped within software environments (CRM/ERP). Prior experience with Salesforce CRM or SAP ERP is a strong plus and will help you hit the ground running.

• Knowledge Management Mindset: You understand that documentation is only valuable if it is findable. You have a structured approach to organizing information and ensuring accessibility for the end-user.

• Process Modeling Expert: You are proficient in BPMN 2.0 and have hands-on experience in building and maintaining structures within Signavio (or similar enterprise tools). Strong Communicator: You enjoy explaining complex workflows and have the didactic skills to ensure process adherence across international teams. Fluency in English is mandatory.
